We build Swedish software for the filings a limited company has to get right — the annual report to Bolagsverket and the income tax return to Skatteverket.
Both are built from the same bookkeeping file, fall due within a day of each other, and have to be correct the first time. That is the problem we work on.

our software is approved by Bolagsverket for digital filing of annual reports under K2.
The approval covers digital filing of K2 annual reports. It does not extend to other products.

Background
Founded in Sweden with deep roots in IT consulting, infrastructure automation, and regulated industries including healthcare and government — the same demands for traceability and correctness that annual reporting places on a company.
We also operate cloud storage and compliance monitoring on our own European infrastructure, which is what the filing services are built on.
