We build Swedish software for the filings a limited company has to get right — the annual report to Bolagsverket and the income tax return to Skatteverket.
Both are built from the same bookkeeping file, fall due within a day of each other, and have to be correct the first time. That is the problem we work on.
Our software is approved by Bolagsverket for digital filing of annual reports under K2.

Background
Premisit Group AB grew out of senior IT consulting — IT strategy, architecture and implementation, with roots in infrastructure automation and regulated industries including healthcare and government. Those are environments where traceability and correctness have to be demonstrated rather than claimed, which is exactly what a filing to Bolagsverket requires.
We also operate cloud storage and compliance monitoring on our own European infrastructure, which is what the filing services are built on.
