A virtual server of your own, not a shared tenancy — provisioned, configured and kept patched automatically. You get direct access to it if you want it.
File storage, sharing and sync for the whole organisation, installed on that server. Your files sit on hardware in Sweden, under Swedish and EU jurisdiction.
The infrastructure is scanned continuously against NIS2 and reported on, so the environment can be shown to be in order rather than assumed to be.
Most organisations keep their documents with a foreign cloud provider. That is convenient, and for a great many of them it is fine. It stops being fine when the data is patient records, case files, drawings under procurement, or anything else where a foreign legal claim on the data is a problem in itself — not because the provider is careless, but because the provider is subject to another country's law.
The alternative has usually been to run it yourself, which means hardware, an IT function and an audit. We are building the version where the alternative takes an hour and no staff of your own.
The provisioning works end to end and the compliance scanning runs against our own infrastructure. What is not done is everything that turns a working system into a service somebody can rely on: pricing, onboarding, support and the staff to answer when something breaks at an inconvenient hour.
Our priority until then is digital filing of the annual report to Bolagsverket, which is approved and closest to production. This is the honest order of things, and we would rather say so here than sell you something we cannot yet stand behind.
